10 a.m.
March in July 4th parade
Join us if you can. We will meet at
9 a.m. on East North Street
by the Presbyterian Church, one block off
of North Washington Street.
Bring your signs and join us as we
exercise our first amendment rights
Parade
Information: We will have two hayride trailers available for
those
who are elderly
or unable to march in the parade, but would like to be a part of the
event.

After the Parade
We will gather @ Pedigo Park
Pedigo Park is located on US Highway 59
bypass just north of Walmart.
We will be
serving Hot Dogs, Drinks and Watermelon.
There will be
Live Entertainment
as well as
Patriotic Speakers.
Bring your lawn chairs.
There will be a
sign making area with limited supply of materials
to make signs for
the Lufkin East Texas Tea Party Freedom Rally and future events.
This event is
FREE, however we will have a donation box set up for those
of you
who would like to
defray expenses and help fund future events.
We would like to

Expo Center in Lufkin Texas
We will join
Eleven other counties for the
East Texas Tea
Party Freedom Rally.
This event is
also free and will have music, speakers, and feature
a fireworks
display at dark.

Mission
Statement:
To unite all
true patriots. To further the principles and values that
made America great. To Let Washington know that we are
displeased with the current tax and spend mentality. To
make it known that they work for us, we don't work for them!
Petition:
PETITION
TO CONGRESS
AND TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
We the People of the United
States
of America believe that we have a good
country, even with its imperfections. We believe that God is the
center of
our lives. We choose to live honest, hard working lives. We
believe that the
family is sacred. We believe that justice is blind and that no
one is above the law. We believe in the right to life, liberty
and pursuit of happiness. We
believe that it is not un-American
to disagree or share personal opinions.
We believe that the government works for us. We do not answer to
them.
WE, THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
WANT CONGRESS AND THE PRESIDENT TO HALT OUT-OF-CONTROL
SPENDING
Halt government interference in private and public debt.
Halt government takeovers of banks and financial institutions.
Halt bailouts of failing corporations.
Halt irresponsible government spending that will burden our
children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Halt the redistribution of wealth for the purpose of achieving
"social justice".
We, the undersigned, assert our rights as citizens of the United
States in demanding an end to all further 'stimulus" spending,
corporate bailouts, “earmarks”, pork projects, welfare programs,
higher tax rates and attempts to nationalize industries. We
reject socialism, no matter how it is packaged. And we pledge to
hold accountable any and all elected officials who continue to
pursue this course that is rapidly leading America to ruin.
